1. Eligibility

This Site is intended strictly for B2B (business-to-business) sale of pharmaceutical products to:

• Licensed pharmacies
• Licensed retailers/wholesalers/stockists
• Hospitals and healthcare establishments with valid drug purchase authorization

We do not sell pharmaceutical products to individual consumers/end patients through this Site. All buyers must hold a valid Drug License and provide the same at the time of registration/order.

2. Products

Kanan Remedies is a WHO-GMP certified pharmaceutical company. Products listed on this Site (including ACOJOY-P, CALCIBOOM, GUTWIBE, IROCRUZ, PANTOPRIME-DSR, and others) are manufactured under applicable Indian drug manufacturing regulations. Product images, packaging, and descriptions are for reference; minor variations in packaging may occur.

3. Ordering Process

• Orders may be placed via the Site, WhatsApp, or through our authorized medical representatives.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 5 boxes per order.
• Order confirmation is subject to stock availability and verification of buyer's drug license.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse, incomplete documentation, or regulatory concern.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are quoted in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is to be made through Razorpay-supported payment methods, or other modes communicated by us (e.g., bank transfer).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable at the time of confirmed order shall apply.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and areas are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk in goods pass to the buyer upon delivery to the designated address or courier partner.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, in line with applicable drug trade practices.

7. Regulatory Compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are stored, distributed, and sold further in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and applicable state pharmacy regulations. Kanan Remedies is not liable for misuse, incorrect storage, or resale in violation of applicable law by the buyer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kanan Remedies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delayed delivery, stock unavailability, or third-party courier issues, except as required under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including product names, packaging designs, and branding — is the property of Kanan Remedies and may not be reproduced without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
