Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to licensed pharmacies, retailers, and healthcare establishments across Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Pan-India. Delivery to certain remote locations may be subject to courier serviceability.

2. Dispatch Timelines

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment, along with valid Drug License (DL), GST details, and complete delivery address, subject to stock availability.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Within Rajasthan: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regulatory checkpoints (drug transport documentation), or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders of 10 boxes and above are eligible for free shipping.

5. Packaging

All pharmaceutical products are packed in compliance with applicable drug storage and transport regulations (e.g., cold-chain packaging where required) to ensure product integrity during transit.

6. Delivery Documentation

Every shipment is accompanied by a valid invoice and, where applicable, a batch/expiry statement, as required for pharmaceutical trade compliance.

7. Failed/Delayed Delivery

In case of delayed delivery beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us with your order details. We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
